For over 35 years, we've been Glenview's hometown football program. We're not just any youth sports team — we're the direct pipeline to Glenbrook South High School football, where many of our former players now start on Friday nights.
The Program
Whether your athlete is experienced or has never touched a football, we've got a spot for them. Our program welcomes players ages 6-14, with both competitive and developmental teams. We believe in teaching football the right way: safely, properly, and with a focus on creating lasting love for the game. We encourage every athlete who loves football to register for our program!
But we're not just building better football players — we're developing better people. The lessons learned on our field go far beyond X's and O's.
What to Expect
Let's be straight about commitment: football isn't like other sports. We practice four nights a week (dropping to three once school starts) because proper technique and team coordination take time to develop. Missing practice isn't just about falling behind — it's about safety. Every player needs to know their role and how to execute it properly. While we love multi-sport athletes, during tackle football season, we need everyone at practice and games. It's how we keep our players safe and our teams strong.
2025 Season Timeline
· June: Attend one required combine session
· June 21: Glenview Summer Fest (come check us out at our booth)
· July 4th: Glenview 4th of July Parade (join us in the parade)
· July 21: Practice begins (no pads for the first two weeks)
· August 4: Full pad practices
· August 16 & 23: Weekend scrimmages start
· Late August: Season kicks off with first game
· Late October/November: TCYFL Playoffs
· Late November: Season-ending celebrations
And yes, we do play on Labor Day weekend!
Registration Fees and Equipment Rental Options
This season, we’re excited to offer a streamlined equipment rental option. Players now have the convenience of renting their helmet and shoulder pads directly through us, ensuring top quality gear and consistency throughout the season.
Registration Fees for the 2025 season (age of 9/1/2025):
Ages 10 and younger:
Early bird special (through 3/31/2025):
o Without equipment: $400
o With equipment rental: $600
Regular registration (after 3/31/2025):
o Without equipment: $495
o With equipment rental: $695
Ages 11 and older:
Early bird special (through 3/31/2025):
o Without equipment: $495
o With equipment rental: $695

Teams and Divisions
We assign players to teams based league rules for age (as of 9/01/2025) and weight to ensure safety and fair competition:
· Bantam (ages 7-9, light 9)
· Featherweight (ages 9-10, light 11)
· Middleweight (ages 11-12, light 12)
· Lightweight (ages 12-13, light 13)
· Junior Varsity (ages 12-13)
· Varsity (ages 12-14)
School grade does does not affect team and division placement. Teams are capped at 18-20 players to ensure everyone gets meaningful playing time.

Practice and Games
All practices take place at Glenbrook South High School's practice fields. Games mirror the high school schedule with nine regular-season matchups, typically on Sundays between 9 AM and 4 PM. Home games are played on GBS's turf field, and most away games are within a 45-minute drive.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel? Email juniortitansfootball@gmail.com. Before the first game, cancellations incur a $50 fee (plus any insurance fees). After the season starts, no refunds are available. Please email juniortitansfootball@gmail.com.
What if I can not pay the registration fee?
Financial Assistance
We believe football should be available to every Glenview kid who wants to play. If cost is a concern, reach out to us — we're here to help. After all, football is family in Glenview. If you are interested in joining but financial concerns are preventing you from registering please fill out this form and a member of our Board will contact you with more information.

Welcome to Glenview Junior Titans Boys 2025 Tackle Football! We’re excited to have you join us for the upcoming season.
Registration Process
On-line registration is required and will allow you to provide us your player information, contact information, consent agreements, and submit payment. Please note, that if you haven’t done so already, you WILL need to create and activate a new account with our new sports management platform Crossbar.
· Download the app from Apple/Google App store to manage schedules, chat, RSVPs, roster, and more.
· Make sure to activate your account before starting the registration process.

Siblings Discount: If you have TWO or more player's participating in tackle this fall, you are eligible to receive $25 off the registration for the second player. To apply the discount, simply enter the code SIBLING at checkout. Important:
· Multiple Sport Discount: If your player(s) registered for Spring 2025 Flag/7v7 and will also register for Fall 2025 Tackle, you are eligible to get off $25 the registration for Fall 2025 Tackle per player(s). To apply the discount, simply enter code TACKLE at checkout.
